Shipping and delivery

All our distribution takes place from our main warehouse on Osterøy outside Bergen. We ship most orders within 1-4 business days from the order date.

During campaign periods and when ordering larger orders, a slightly longer delivery time must be expected.

Where does Tøsse Mølle deliver?

We deliver parcels all over mainland Norway. Normally, we will deliver to your nearest delivery point for the carrier (PostNord), but if the nearest delivery point is full (during campaign periods and before Christmas), it can be expected that the carrier must choose a delivery point that is defined as the nearest next available location.

Shipping and Free Shipping

You will receive tracking and notification of collection from our partner PostNord. Normally, domestic shipping is included in the price when using the online store.

Pick up orders yourself

It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse in Tyssebotn on Osterøy between 08.00-15.00 every weekday. The order must be pre-ordered and will always be ready for pickup the day after ordering. Can be paid by VIPPS or bank terminal.

For those who have received a parcel to a collection point

The pick-up deadline at pick-up points is 14 days. PostNord can offer home delivery via its SMS and app service, but this must be agreed directly with PostNord and is outside Tøsse Mølle's responsibility.

Unclaimed parcels from post office

In case of unclaimed package at the delivery point, you will be invoiced NOK 300, - which covers shipping/return shipping in addition to costs.

Defects or defects in delivery or goods

Send us an email to post@tossemolle.no. Remember to provide us with information about the customer number, order number and item number of the item. We will respond to you as soon as possible after we have found out what has happened or have corrected the error. If you have received the wrong item, or there is an item missing from the package, we will refund the amount.

Returns of goods - Right of withdrawal

If you want to return one or more items you have purchased, please contact us at post@tossemolle.no. The item(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. Use the cancellation form and we will send you a return shipping label. We offer the right of withdrawal for 30 days and ensure the cheapest return shipping for you if you choose to return the item(s) within 30 days from receipt.

Is the item damaged during transport?

If the item is damaged during transport, it is important that you follow the points below. Keep the original packaging and product.

If the parcel is damaged when you pick up the parcel, the damage report must be printed out at the delivery point (post in store) or noted to the courier. Send an email to post@tossemolle.no with the customer number, order number, item number and photo of the damage.

Our customer service team will make the most appropriate decision as to whether to forward or refund compensation. Customer service can also ask you as a customer to return what is damaged back to us (at our cost of course).

Have you received the wrong item?

Send us an email to post@tossemolle.no and tell us what has been done wrong. Remember to provide us with information about the customer number, order number, item number and which item is faulty. You must inform us of any defects within 3 working days after you have collected the product.

Our customer service team will make the most appropriate decision as to whether to forward or refund compensation. Customer service can also ask you as a customer to return what has been incorrectly delivered back to us (at our cost of course).

Other complaints

Should an item after some time not have the quality expected, we would like you to contact us on post@tossemolle.no. For the fastest processing of your complaint, the e-mail should contain the customer number, order number, batch number, best-before date and item number.

Our customer service will process all complaints according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Customer service can also ask you as a customer to return the bad/wrong product to us (at our cost of course).

Security and privacy

We promise to handle personal data that is left on tossemolle.no in a secure manner. In order for you to be able to shop at tossemolle.no, we need personal data such as your name, address and email address. We are required to store this information in connection with accounting and in connection with warranty and return schemes.

Tøsse Mølle adheres to the GDPR rules. Tøsse Mølle is obliged in accordance with GDPR Article 6 no. 1 points b and c.
